Mini Illuminator Mastermind
If you have some big goals in mind but are a little (or a lot) concerned about getting slowed down by common issues like getting stuck, becoming fearful or lacking direction on the minutae of decisions that limit big steps to one specific goal this summer… then this mini mastermind group is for you!
Over a 10-week summer program, you will navigate through your plan so you can find success – from the poolside, the dock, the beach, the office, the coffee shop… or wherever you will happen to be.
With the help of your facilitator, Kim Page Gluckie, and likeminded business friends you will navigate through the marketing mind-muddle and find accountability to reach your business goals, week by week.
The purpose of the MINI Illuminator Mastermind group is to keep you flowing through your specific strategies with comraderie and support during a period of time when, frankly, time can slip by. We don’t want you to find yourself on the other side of summer no further ahead in your plans than now!
Here is the process:
- we quickly highlight the roadblocks you may face (budget, time, mindset, don’t know what you don’t know)
- we identify opportunities within your grasp (partnerships, resources, community, lists and more)
- we lay out a strategy that will guide you to specific, identifiable successes in week by week check ins
Expect to find yourself pivoting in your business on a regular basis – pivots are proven to be specific small steps that make major differences in your process and progress. We want to help you achieve your big dreams in a short period of time!
How it works:
10-week program includes bi-weekly teleconference and/or Google Hangout group chats, private Facebook group for your use as you need it, 2 personal power sessions over phone or Skype:
- Bi-weekly group connecting with your hosted and facilitated structured calls (with time to free wheel your thought train as needed) will happen 4-5 times. Recordings will be provided.
- Private Facebook groups are the bomb dot com for support! Those who share problems and ask questions in supportive Facebook groups are proven champions of moving their business forward faster. ANY problem goes in Truth & Tonic Facebook groups. If it’s holding you back, I (we – your group) want to help… and will.
- 1 personal session over the summer is enough to give you MASSIVE motivation and focus for your short-term goals you will be trying to achieve. And remember, you have access to Kim for anything else in the Facebook group at ANY time as often as you want.
- In between meetings you work on assigned homework projects. These are always in complement to your real life and current workload, not to detract from your current revenue stream, but to grow your business prospects in alignment with your reality.
- Accountability. Yep. I’ll keep you in check. The biggest ‘ASK’ of Kim is for help staying on task. Sometimes you really just need a hand holding or butt kicking to move forward right? Both are delivered with love.

The specific days and times are set after the group is organized. We try to suit everyone the best we can. The program pricing and flow is designed to accommodate the occasional missed events. It happens. We work around it.
Why is this mini? Because both the price and the offer is scaled down to suit a summer fun schedule! We cannot be all work and no play, right?
